All workouts are located outdoors in Vancouver, B.C.
We make the most of the city, incorporating the unique landscapes into our workouts. Some typical locations include: China Creek Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Kitsilano Beach and more.
You will be notified well in advance for each session.

A water bottle and the appropriate workout gear.
Come prepared for winter workouts with a few extra layers (that will come off after the warmup) and gloves.

Workouts are not cancelled for the weather (pending severe conditions). We have designated undercover locations to keep you dry.

To book your sessions, please email hadj@grindathletix.com first and we will set up a time for a phone conversation. During the phone call we will arrange your workout days and proceed from there.
