FAQs

  • All workouts are located outdoors in Vancouver, B.C.

    We make the most of the city, incorporating the unique landscapes into our workouts. Some typical locations include: China Creek Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Kitsilano Beach and more.

    You will be notified well in advance for each session.

  • A water bottle and the appropriate workout gear.

    Come prepared for winter workouts with a few extra layers (that will come off after the warmup) and gloves.

  • Workouts are not cancelled for the weather (pending severe conditions). We have designated undercover locations to keep you dry.

  • To book your sessions, please email hadj@grindathletix.com first and we will set up a time for a phone conversation. During the phone call we will arrange your workout days and proceed from there.
