Welcome to Grind Athletix!
Groupon Outdoor Workout Sessions
To get you started on your path to better health and fitness, you must email us in advance (contact Hadj Gill directly at hadj@grindathletix.com) or call 604-805-4235 to reserve a place in one of our group fitness classes.
The last month for the 2011 outdoor workouts is September; Groupons must be used before then if you would like to get a workout program started this year.
If there are any unused Groupons remaining after September 1st 2011, you can still redeem them for training sessions starting April 1, 2012. Training sessions for any Groupons carried over to 2012 will run from April 1, 2012 – July 1, 2012.
PLEASE NOTE: all indoor sessions for Fall and Winter 2011 / 2012 are now completely booked.
Your start and end date for the coupon is not limited to the start and end of the month. Once you have contacted us, and we’ve worked out a date (even if it starts in the middle of the month) your pass will expire on the same date in the next month.
Groups
Group 1 – ADVANCED - (some spaces still available)
Group 2 – MODERATE to ADVANCED - (some spaces still available)
Group 3 – MODERATE - Fully Booked
Please Note:
- Location for workouts can change from one class to the next depending on weather and/or at the discretion of Grind Athletix.
- It is the member’s responsibility to make the appointed classes. If a member does not attend a workout session for whatever reason, Grind Athletix will not offer a make-up session for the missed workout.
- There is no switch-over from one group to the other.
- Due to the high volume of members, once you have joined a group, you must remain with that group – no exceptions.
